Complete the digital card application here. Upon approval, your barcode will be emailed to you, and your card will be mailed to the address provided.
You may use your barcode immediately to access our digital services, or to place holds on physical items. Free Career Counseling
Career Counseling is available by appointment only by calling the Computer and Career Center at 516-379-3274, ext. 504. Sessions take place over the telephone.
If you require resume assistance you must forward your resume as a Microsoft Word document to [email protected] prior to the appointment.
You will be called at the time of your scheduled telephone appointment.
Free Small Business Counseling
A counselor from the Small Business Development Center is available for free one-on-one counseling, by appointment, for those interested in developing and growing a successful business.

Andrew Heiskell Braille and Talking Book Library
Nassau residents are eligible for both talking books and braille books through the New York Public Library’s Andrew Heiskell Braille and Talking Book Library. To borrow audio or braille books from the Andrew Heiskell Library you must first fill out an application. Once your eligibility is confirmed, you will be registered for service.
